How much you spend on a garden room will depend on three main factors; the size of the building you want, the level of specification you choose and whether you buy a standard or exclusive design to meet your specific needs and taste.

All Creative Garden Studios and Offices are built utilising the highest quality building materials and construction techniques.
Using high quality materials and construction techniques
We use structural graded Timber from sustainable forestry heritage; superior rigid thermal and acoustic insulation within walls, ceiling and floor cavities, high security locks and a host of energy saving heating and lighting options to ensure your garden room is warm, dry and comfortable all year round.
In most cases, our garden rooms can be built without the need to apply for Planning Permission subject to the footprint, height and positioning rules laid out by the Governments conditions of Permitted Development. We will provide you with all the necessary guidance and qualified advice on these matters.
Every garden structure we build will be of a standard that will match if not exceed the exacting requirements of any new build property subject to the latest 2010 Part L (England & Wales) Building Regulations.
